The numeric style is a highly effective terminal digit filing system that works great. It offers all the benefits of terminal digit filing with quick retrieval time.
The alphabetic style makes straight alphabetic filing obsolete. It dramatically cuts filing and retrieval time and practically eliminates misfiles. It works extremely well for any size filing system. It's simple to learn and set up.
