**TERMS & CONDITIONS**PAYMENT TERMS Terms are Net 30 days from date of invoice with established credit. We also accept Visa or Mastercard for payment. Past due accounts will pay a 1.75% per month late fee. QUOTATIONS It is always best to submit a sample for quotation of custom items. Next best is a sketch or mock-up sample with notations as to quantity, size, color, copy, etc. Verbal description can suffice for simple or stock items. We can mail or fax complete specifications upon request. LEAD TIMES Quoted lead times are estimates only. Firm delivery dates will be determined upon receipt of the completed order and approved proofs or artwork. Quoted lead times are in “work days” and do not include weekends or company holidays. Delivery refers to the date the product is shipped from the warehouse and does not include the time it takes the carrier to get it to the final destination. Most stock items are available for shipment within 2-3 working days but are subject to the current inventory availability at the time the order is placed. SHIPPING Our company uses the most direct and economical carriers and routes available unless directed otherwise. Unless otherwise noted on the order screen, prices are F.O.B. Destination. There is an additional charge if inside delivery is required. Contact us for more information. Standard Ground shipping will be provided at no charge for orders above $45.00. Requests for expedited delivery services will be provided at the current rates in effect at the time of the order. FREIGHT CLAIMS Claims resulting from shortages or merchandise damaged in transit must be filed by the consignee with the respective carrier. We cannot allow credit resulting from such claims. We will, upon request, furnish necessary information to prepare your claim. The legal responsibility passes from us to you (the customer) when consignment is made to a carrier. CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS All returns must be authorized by a Customer Service Representative. Custom manufactured items and aging labels (i.e. year code labels) are not subject to return. Merchandise will not be considered for return after 60 days from original date of shipment. A restocking fee of 35% ($10.00 minimum) will be charged on all returns. All entered orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled except upon written authorization from our company. Return freight to our warehouse must be prepaid and will not be credited to your account. |
